Very nicely done. I've only one small criticism and that's the rain. It should be done in a lighter colour, not black. But otherwise, things look great. Nice job shading, btw.

Yah, thanks for the tip, I'm still getting the hang of using weather effects in PS so yah, I need more practice =)
